  • Ran a Coaching/Mentoring service for a group of Charity CEO's on behalf of Ella-Forums - addressing leadership issues such as Managing Trustees, Delegation, Managing Stakeholders, Sustainability, Scope Setting and handling and promoting Outcomes to Commissioning Bodies.
  • Completed  a tailored in house phased Outplacement exercise for a division of a major Japanese electronics business, closing its UK operations with the loss of 30 jobs at various levels.
  • Ran an assessment on team development potential for a Manufacturing and Distribution Company to help phase in new management and re-position the Founders

  • Designed and delivered a specially customised Leadership  and Resilience workshop for a developing NHS Clinical Commissioning Group  - aimed at  activating self-awareness, building  strengths, improving engagement and  enhancing teamwork for a team of 12 managers leading some 70 front line staff.
  • Created a Leadership support programme for the CEO and his staff to improve communications and service quality levels within a Charitable Special Educational Trust.
  • Co-shared a talk on Resilience, organized by  the HR Director for a London Council, to 60 operational staff  as part of their continuous professional development.
  • Developed and ran a Resilience Club for a group of top London executives recovering from redundancy.
  • Completed a series of 20 Executive Redundancy Courses  for over 340 Private and Public Sector Executives ... over  80% positive outcomes. We are amongst the top executive redundancy coaches in the country.
  • Recently coached an Investment Manager and a Manufacturing Sales Manager back into work within 8 weeks of their being made redundant !
