She effectively engages with people at all levels in a variety of organisational cultures. Ann has a strong background of senior leadership within the health sector, and extensive experience of coaching and facilitation in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Richard has a wealth of experience in leading and coaching at board level. He runs company-wide strategic reviews, as well as conducting Constraint Workshops to help leaders develop multi-disciplinary teams and increase business growth. Richard has previously completed assignments at IBM, Continuum (CSC) Vamp Medical Systems and Portrait Software, as well as various leading banks and insurers. Richard holds a Master’s degree from Cambridge university.
